VMC Operator (2-4 Years)

We are seeking a VMC Operator with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Set Up Machines:** Prepare and configure VMC machines according to specifications, ensuring tools and materials are in place.

- **Operate Machinery:** Run VMC machines to produce parts, monitoring the process to maintain quality and efficiency.

- **Follow Blueprints:** Read and interpret technical drawings to understand the dimensions and details required for the production of components.

- **Quality Control:** Inspect finished products using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards before delivery.

- **Troubleshoot Issues:** Identify and resolve any operational problems during the machining process to minimize downtime.

- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly clean and perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed . in a relevant field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating VMC machines.

- Strong understanding of machining processes and mechanical concepts.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality output.

- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
