Role and responsibilities : Attending morning pledge on the floor Participating in events and marketing related activities Find and implement new ideas in co ordination with the superiors, to generate leads Meet and Greet the prospective clients Need Probing or need analysis Demonstrate and explain the vehicle to each and every customer with FAB analysis Offer and give Test Drive to every Customer Telling advantages of the vehicle over and above the competitors of our brand Attending trainings on daily and monthly basis as and when arranged by company Doing religious follow-ups and making home visits to the customer place if required Helping and providing authentic and official information to customer for allied services Complete entries in the system as per norms Complete all Paper work and documentation as per norms, within stipulated time Maintaining Follow up records and diaries Remain in touch with customer post booking till the time of delivery on regular basis by way of text, mails or whatsapp messages, as required. Post Sales calling for 2nd Day and 1 month after sales feedback Pending deliveries should be tracked and completed on time. Observe 15th Day Home Visits to all delivery customers Keeping in regular touch with the customers for getting references post sales. Ensure 100% customer delight through out the deal. Target achievement Acting like a team player Remaining updated on the automobile knowledge and technical knowledge along with updated information about competitors and their products
