Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of the McLeod TMS to optimize transportation logistics, improve operational efficiency, and support business processes for a carrier, brokerage, or logistics service provider. This role requires a deep understanding of McLeod's software suite, including modules like LoadMaster, as well as hands-on experience in transportation and supply chain operations.The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for all functional aspects of the system. System Configuration and Management:Configure and maintain McLeod TMS settings and modules to align with business requirements for dispatch, accounting, driver management, and reporting.Business Process Analysis:Analyze existing transportation business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using McLeod TMS features.Requirement Gathering:Work with internal stakeholders (e.g., dispatchers, accounting, sales) to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.Implementation Support:Assist in the implementation and deployment of McLeod solutions, including participating in user acceptance testing, developing test cases, and managing change.

Total IT experience : 14 16 years.Candidate should have minimum of 10 12 years of relevant experience of working in all Oracle Financial Products namely General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, , Cash Management, Expense, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany, Tax, FAH and SLAMust have min 2 yrs experience in FAH module.Should have a minimum of 8 10 years of experience of working in Oracle Financials Solution Design.Should have at least 5 6 years end to end implementation experience in Oracle Financials implementations working through requirement analysis to go-live.Should have experience in data migration, deployment and cut-over activities.Knowledge on OIC will be an added advantageAt least 1 year experience in implementing e-Invoicing solutions for any LATAM / APAC / NA /EMEA countries.Accustomed to working in both Waterfall and Agile Software DevelopmentMethodologies.;
