Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of the McLeod TMS to optimize transportation logistics, improve operational efficiency, and support business processes for a carrier, brokerage, or logistics service provider.
This role requires a deep understanding of McLeod's software suite, including modules like LoadMaster, as well as hands-on experience in transportation and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for all functional aspects of the system.
System Configuration and Management:
Configure and maintain McLeod TMS settings and modules to align with business requirements for dispatch, accounting, driver management, and reporting.
Business Process Analysis:
Analyze existing transportation business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using McLeod TMS features.
Requirement Gathering:
Work with internal stakeholders (., dispatchers, accounting, sales) to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
Implementation Support:
Assist in the implementation and deployment of McLeod solutions, including participating in user acceptance testing, developing test cases, and managing change.
