Responsibilities:* Recruiting top-notch Information Technology (IT) candidates to fill our client requirements (nation-wide)* Querying job board databases for candidate resumes. Reviewing the resumes and qualifying candidates* Conduct phone screens, and schedule Skype and face-to-face interviews for candidates* Format candidate resumes and submit them to hiring managers via the vendor portals* Uploading and updating information into corporate back office application while utilizing our systems to track opportunities and candidates* Participate in weekly meetings, provide feedback and updates on open positions and active candidates* Manage relationships with existing clients by identifying needs and/or issues* Development of strong relationships with your candidate pool of resources* Develop and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges* Perform Salary/Rate Negotiations while meeting Company*s goals* Conduct reference checks as neededQualifications:* 3+ years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter* Excellent communication skills* Must have on all US or India hiring (domestic) experience.* Must know the various work USA Visa backgrounds (L1, H1, OPT, GC etc)* Must be adept in creative recruiting through networking, social media and traditional recruiting methods.* Must have a proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, as well as lead generation, and have experience in interview preparation, placement and closing.* Ability to assess candidate's technical ability; identify and match candidate's behavioral traits* Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive get-it-done attitude.* Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.* Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.* Must have good general computer skills including the MS Office Suite.* Must have excellent written and verbal communication ski
