Position: IELTS TeacherLocation: 77A Adarsh Colony, Barewal Road, Near Gurdev Hospital, Ludhiana, PunjabExperiences: 1-2 Years. Priority will be given to IELTS cleared candidates.Job Responsibilities: - Teach IELTS (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and Cambridge International modules Global Perspective and Research/General Paper- Manage the class, prepare the scheme of work and lesson plans.- Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.- Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.- Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.- Prepare and mark examination papers and assignments.- Monitor the performance and progress of each student and provide academic counseling.- Teach students according to their aptitude (Differentiated Teaching)- Perform Intervention duties: Identify and discuss students academic and pastoral needs with parents/academic team/student relations to find a way to help students.- Attending team meetings and staff development workshops.- Support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so.- Oversee and advise the assigned non-academic / Co-curricular activitiesEnable students to attain projected subject results.- Collaborate with the team in curriculum development, appraisal system, and project management.- Perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed.Job Type: Full Time, Regular/ PermanentSalary: 15000-22000
