Responsibilities Should be able to handle Production line - bottle line/Can/pet pack - Operations & maintenance-OEM SS packaging/Maruthi /Hymech Fill level Control , Good knowledge on SMED , Change over Time reduction, Sealing Head problem trouble shooting for ROPP Cap, Seamer can line setting, Pet Line operation of filling and sealing head setting Should able to handle maintenance of lines w.r.t to breakdown of Rinser, Filler, Labeler, Printer, Can Filler, Can seaming Parameters, Ability to reduce wine loss Support in improving Production & maintenance efficiency, down time control, loss control w.r.t to Bottle, cap, can Analyzing root-cause for breakdown & ensures timely restoration, Critical spare part inventory maintain Sharing best practices for process improvement &implementation, if any Should have good knowledge of ERP system, Presentation, report making & etc.Mandatory Skill-set- Hands-on experience of maintenance in any manufacturing/production unit Exposure of working in end-to-end production unit Pre-requisites B.
