Responsibilities –

 Should be able to handle Production line - bottle line/Can/pet pack - Operations & maintenance-OEM SS packaging/Maruthi /Hymech –Fill level Control , Good knowledge on SMED , Change over Time reduction, Sealing Head problem trouble shooting for ROPP Cap, Seamer can line setting, Pet Line operation of filling and sealing head setting

 Should able to handle maintenance of lines to breakdown of Rinser, Filler, Labeler, Printer, Can Filler, Can seaming Parameters, Ability to reduce wine loss

 Support in improving Production & maintenance efficiency, down time control, loss control to Bottle, cap, can

 Analyzing root-cause for breakdown & ensures timely restoration, Critical spare part inventory maintain

 Sharing best practices for process improvement &implementation, if any

 Should have good knowledge of ERP system, Presentation, report making & etc.

Mandatory Skill-set-

 Hands-on experience of maintenance in any manufacturing/production unit

 Exposure of working in end-to-end production unit

Pre-requisites –

 B. Tech in Mechanical Eng.

 Individual Contributor with good Communication Skills
