This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day .Organizing and maintaining personnel records operations as well as on-going process improvement. Updating internal HR databases.Preparing HR documents.Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
