Description:We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirementsRoute qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closureClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territoryTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsRequirements:Proven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyQualification:Bachelors degree or equivalentExperience:1+ yrs in sales and marketing

Interact with customers over telephonic/email/messages and explain product featuresFollowing up with customers till sale closureMaking project proposal documentsMaking Estimates, Quotations and InvoicesInteract with production, design and finance team towards order conversionCandidate should be well versed with spoken and written EnglishComputer knowledge: MS-Word, Excel and excellentBehavior: Polite, soft spoken and a good team playerType: In office workNeed to travel: NoYr. of experience: 1-2yrs.
