- Plan and implement fun and educational activities for preschool-aged children: The preschool teacher will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote early learning and social development in young children.- Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment: The teacher must ensure that the classroom is a welcoming and secure space where children can explore, learn, and interact with their peers.- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and co-workers: Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying instructions, providing feedback, and collaborating with parents and colleagues.- Teach basic English language and communication skills: The teacher will introduce young students to foundational language skills, including vocabulary, sentence structure, and conversational abilities.- Incorporate art and creativity into lesson plans: Utilizing art activities helps foster creativity, fine motor skills, and self-expression in young learners.Required Skills and Expectations:- Bachelors degree in Education or related field: A degree in Education or a related field is necessary to understand child development principles and best practices for teaching young children.- Previous experience working with young children: Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience working with preschool-aged children, whether in a formal teaching setting or through volunteer work.- Strong communication skills: The ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues is crucial for creating a positive and supportive learning environment.- Passion for working with young children: A genuine love for working with young children and a dedication to their growth and development are essential qualities for a preschool teacher.
