We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Female Pre School Teacher to join our team in Mansarover Garden. This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has a background in education or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing Lessons: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in preschool-aged children.

- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and encouraged to learn.

- Conducting Assessments: Observe and assess children’s progress and development, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs.

- Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress, challenges, and achievements, building a strong school-home connection.

- Coordinating Activities: Organize fun and educational activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity, helping children to explore and learn through play.

- Maintaining Safety Standards: Ensure the classroom and outdoor play areas are safe and welcoming, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on early childhood education preferred. You should be patient, nurturing, and capable of engaging children in various activities. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with both children and their parents. A creative mindset and the ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs will be highly valued. Previous experience in a preschool setting is a plus, but not mandatory for recent graduates.
