We are in search of Corporate Trainee Managers / Business Development Executive who are ready to take the challenge of the corporate world and are ready to mould themselves to become the topmost global leaders in the corporate world.

Lead the marketing process, meet prospective clients, give product presentation

Tap business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry

The individual will be responsible for marketing through our various partner channel and generate lead for clients

Representing Blue Chip Companies through various campaigns

Management trainees will be trained on the job for 8-12 months into 5 levels of business management and will be promoted to Business Head position on the completion of the training.

Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-

LEVEL 1: Management Trainee: sales&marketing / business development / customer acquisition / client representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer : HR/ training&development / recruitment process
LEVEL 3: Team Manager : Team Management / leadership development / conflict management
LEVEL 4: Asst. Business Head: Administration / operations/ finance
LEVEL 5: Business Head : Branch / Client / Human Resource Management
