The driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently. **Key responsibilities:**- **Transport Goods:** Safely drive heavy vehicles to deliver materials and products to various locations.- **Load and Unload Cargo:** Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are secure and handled properly.- **Maintain Vehicle:** Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good condition, reporting any mechanical issues to management.- **Navigation Skills:** Use maps and GPS for efficient route planning, ensuring timely deliveries while following traffic rules.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption for tracking purposes.**Required skills and expectations:**- A valid heavy vehicle driving license is essential to operate the assigned vehicle legally and safely.- Candidates should have at least 1-5 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles, demonstrating reliability and skill.- A minimum education level of 12th pass is required, ensuring a basic understanding of documentation and communication.- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws is important for safe driving practices.- Must be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving cargo.- Good communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with team members and clients.- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential to meet delivery schedules and maintain a professional image.

Driver Job DescriptionRoute Management: Plan and follow efficient routes using navigation apps, manage traffic and delays.Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-registration sheet checks, refuel the vehicle, check that all tires are properly inflated and all oil levels are correct before picking up the vehicle, keep the cabin clean, and arrange for repairs.Documentation: Fill out logs, submit reports, and obtain the signature of the Site Safety Officer daily.Customer Complaints: It is essential to inform the cleaning staff to clean the toilets of complaining customers in a very clean manner to prevent recurrence of complaints.Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding complaints and contact them immediately by phone.Photo Sending: When cleaning the toilet on all floors, or even if the toilet on that floor cannot be cleaned, take a photo and immediately send it to the customers of that floor and the company WhatsApp group.
