Driver Job Description

Route Management: Plan and follow efficient routes using navigation apps, manage traffic and delays.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-registration sheet checks, refuel the vehicle, check that all tires are properly inflated and all oil levels are correct before picking up the vehicle, keep the cabin clean, and arrange for repairs.

Documentation: Fill out logs, submit reports, and obtain the signature of the Site Safety Officer daily.

Customer Complaints: It is essential to inform the cleaning staff to clean the toilets of complaining customers in a very clean manner to prevent recurrence of complaints.

Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding complaints and contact them immediately by phone.

Photo Sending: When cleaning the toilet on all floors, or even if the toilet on that floor cannot be cleaned, take a photo and immediately send it to the customers of that floor and the company WhatsApp group.
