We are currently seeking Recruiters from India to join our team at an English tutoring company.Designation: RecruiterExperience: 0-2 yearsPreferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degreeMonthly pay: Competitive salary based on experienceLocation: RemoteAvailability: 6 days per week 9 hrs per day from 9:00am to 6:00pm.Job Description:- Understanding the hiring requirements and sourcing English teachers from India.- Developing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.- Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment databases.- Providing timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.Requirements and Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
