availability: 6 days per week 9 hrs per day from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

- understanding the hiring requirements and sourcing english teachers from india.

- developing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.

- maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment databases.

- providing timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

requirements and skills:

- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively

- excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask

- previous experience in recruitment or hr is a plus
