We are currently seeking Recruiters from India to join our team at an English tutoring company.

Designation: Recruiter

Experience: 0-2 years

Preferred Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree

Monthly pay: Competitive salary based on experience

Location: Remote

Availability: 6 days per week 9 hrs per day from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Job Description:

- Understanding the hiring requirements and sourcing English teachers from India.

- Developing effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events.

- Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating recruitment databases.

- Providing timely updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Requirements and Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively

- Excellent time-management skills and ability to multitask

- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
