Your responsibilities: Design & implement overall recruiting strategy Consult managers to gather inputs on manpower requirements and job objectives Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and university boards Source candidates through databases, job portals, social media and networking Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates Evaluate & screen resumes and cover letters Use recruiting tools for objecting assessments to assess candidate skills Plan & implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality applicants Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements Conduct phone or in-person interviews Provide a list of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers Contact new employees and prepare onboarding/orientation sessions Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods Skill sets/Experience we require Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiting coordinator Good interpersonal & communication skills Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks Ability to conduct different types of interviews i.e. structured, competency based & behavioral interviews Familiarity or work experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems & candidate management systems Good knowledge of HR policies and best practices Ability to prioritize and complete hiring within deadlines

Roles & Responsibilities:Good Communication Skills with content writing in marketing (Written & verbal).Should have knowledge of Google Analytics and Google webmaster tools.Understanding of SEO, Social Media optimization techniques.Good Knowledge in optimizing content for the websites and social media platforms using various content format such as blogs , videos, audio podcasts etc,Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and various platforms with good Behavior Analytical SkillsAble to manage and maintain updates for large keywords lists with detailed strategy reports.Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics.Review and Analyze website to find areas of improvement

Job DescriptionUnderstanding of statistical data analysis is highly valued. Strong experience with core python and its standard libraries.Knowledge of at least one of Python web framework such as Django, Flask, web2py.Ability to learn and implement new modules and should be able to understand and start working on existing code base.Knowledge of at least one of RDMS system such as Database such Postgres, MySql and Document based database such as MongoDB.Experience on HTML/CSS/Javascript, jQuery, Ajax, MySQL.
