**Job Title: Relationship Manager - Sales (Demat Acquisition)** **Company: Anand Rathi Stock Broking Franchise** **Job Overview:**We are looking for a result-driven **Relationship Manager** to acquire new clients and grow our **Demat account base** and **trading volumes**. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue through equity, commodity, and derivatives segments. **Key Responsibilities:*** Acquire new clients for Demat and Trading accounts* Drive **fresh account opening (Equity/Commodity/Derivatives)*** Generate and manage **client margin funding and brokerage revenue*** Cross-sell financial products like mutual funds, PMS, IPOs, and SIPs* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships* Achieve monthly targets for acquisition and revenue* Provide market updates and basic advisory support to clients* Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance **Required Skills:**Sales-driven Persuasive Target-oriented Client acquisition Communication Financial product knowledge Negotiation Relationship building Market awareness Discipline **Eligibility:*** Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business (preferred)* Experience in stock broking / BFSI sales / insurance sales preferred* Freshers with strong sales mindset can also apply **What We Offer:*** Attractive incentives + fixed salary (based on experience)* High earning potential on brokerage and margin business* Growth opportunity in financial markets with a reputed brand (Anand Rathi ecosystem)
