We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to help develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and a passion for driving measurable results. You will be working closely with our sales and marketing team to achieve our business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.- Design, maintain, and supply content for the organization- s website and social media channels.- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.- Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and evaluating emerging technologies.Qualifications:- Proven working experience in digital marketing.- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords- campaigns.- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.- Bachelor- s degree in marketing
