As an inside sales representative, you will be responsible for communicating with educational institutions, making outbound calls to potential clients, generating new leads through various outreach efforts such as cold-calling and emailing and providing clients solutions through our software and services. Including explaining and demonstrating features of our software to potential clients, maintaining their database and answering their queries. Ultimately, you are required to stay updated about the numerous features of the software services of the company and its competitors and upsell products and services and achieve sales targets.
