UI Designer

Graphic design skills to develop content for social media posts, website graphics, newsletters.

Excellent visual experience along with exposure to motion design and video editing skills would be a bonus

Experience with Figma (or similar)

Great collaboration skills to work with your fellow engineers in the squad

A portfolio showing at least 3 examples of your UI design (this could also be live links to websites you’ve helped create)

Work with sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts with internal users

An understanding of user-centred design/human-centred-design, creating user-journeys, wireframing, prototyping and user-testing

Strong ability to understand briefs and solve problems in a pragmatic way

Be able to communicate your design thinking

Own the design, delivery and continual improvement of various features and then product designs.
