The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing exceptional service to patients and clients, scheduling appointments, and offering support on hospital-related inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring high-quality customer service.Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals.Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and treatment procedures to callers.Issue Resolution: Address and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and queries in a timely and empathetic manner.Database Management: Maintain accurate records of patient information, calls, and services rendered in the system.Coordination: Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups on patient queries or appointments as required.Documentation: Keep proper logs of communication and interactions as per the hospitals standards.Upselling & Promotion: Inform patients about ongoing hospital services, packages, and new treatments to increase hospital utilization.Requirements:Education: A bachelors degree or equivalent in any field (preferably in Healthcare, Administration, or related).Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Skills:Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language proficiency is a plus).Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining profess
