Job Title: Executive - Call Centre

Location: Felix Hospital, Noida

Department: Customer Service / Call Centre

Reports To: Call Centre Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our team at Felix Hospital, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing exceptional service to patients and clients, scheduling appointments, and offering support on hospital-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking appointments with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Information Dissemination: Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and treatment procedures to callers.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and queries in a timely and empathetic manner.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of patient information, calls, and services rendered in the system.

Coordination: Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups on patient queries or appointments as required.

Documentation: Keep proper logs of communication and interactions as per the hospital’s standards.

Upselling & Promotion: Inform patients about ongoing hospital services, packages, and new treatments to increase hospital utilization.

Requirements:

Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field (preferably in Healthcare, Administration, or related).

Experience: Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional language proficiency is a plus).

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
