Position: Production Engineer Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Field of Mechanical / Work Experience: Fresher / Experienced (1 2 Years)Location: Khatraj (near Kalol)Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products- Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. - Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations. - Keep Paperwork (Measurements, Drawings, Programmed) organized. - Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff. - Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications. - Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. - Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising to meet production requirement and address operational risks. Requirements: - Keen knowledge for Sheet metal components in manufacturing - Operate and maintain the performance of CNC Punching Machines for Sheet metal - Good Math skills will help punch press operators understand complex instruction, how schematic work and make sure items are designed and built correctly - Problem solving skills will need to know why machines are not at peak performance and how to increase output and how to fix errors. - Punch presses are precision equipment. Being off by millimeters could be critical error. Keen attention to details is required. - Machine controlled by computers will need operators who understand CAD/CAM technology.- Physical and Stamina:o Punch press operators often work long hours doing repetitive movements.o Physical movement include the lifting, moving etc. which is not limited.
