Plus point if having B2B market or any of airlines' Sales experience. will be team member of FareHawker GroupDesk, will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International). Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines. Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for groupclosure. Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries. Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds of tickets. Agent query relating to reservation and ticketing. Freshers are welcome for the profile.Responsibilities and Duties Excellent communication and verbal skills.
