Airlines Group Booking Executive

Should Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.

· Plus point if having B2B market or any of airlines' Sales experience.

· will be team member of FareHawker GroupDesk, will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).

· Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines.

· Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for groupclosure.

· Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries.

· Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.

· Agent query relating to reservation and ticketing.

· Freshers are welcome for the profile.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Excellent communication and verbal skills.

· Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations is required.

· should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
