· will be team member of farehawker groupdesk, will responsible for handling of group queries (both domestic and international).

· will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines.

· will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for groupclosure.

· will need to reply flight and fare enquiries.

· handling group ticketing and refunds of tickets.

· agent query relating to reservation and ticketing.

· freshers are welcome for the profile.

· excellent communication and verbal skills.

· knowledge of fare calculations and group reservations is required.

· should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
