The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by selling products and services to customers via phone, email, and other virtual channels, focusing on identifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Key responsibilities include maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases, collaborating with marketing, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports on sales activities and results. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and goal-oriented skills to meet sales targets and build lasting customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Qualification: Actively seeking new leads through cold calls, emails, and research, and qualifying them as potential customers. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of the company's offerings to prospective clients. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating pricing and terms to close sales that align with both customer needs and company objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing customer service, and following up on inquiries. Reporting and Analysis: Maintaining CRM systems, generating regular reports on sales activities, and analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities. Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and other sales team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
