Email Content Creation: Craft compelling email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns. Develop specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.2. Understanding Brand and Audience: Create / Understand customer persona, target audience and understand clients brand guidelines.Content Strategy and Planning: Actively participate in planning sessions with the marketing team. Maintain and update the work calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.Scriptwriting for Video Content: Write scripts for loom and promotional videos that complement email campaigns, providing clear direction to designers and video editors.Review and Editing: Refine email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards. Implement feedback to optimize content.Collaboration and Coordination: Engage with multiple departments including sales, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Assist in the creation of presentation materials.Content Localization and Adaptation: Adapt content for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.
