key responsibilities:

1. email content creation: craft compelling email copies for promotional, informational, and transactional campaigns. develop specialized content for follow-up and cart abandonment emails to boost customer engagement.

2. understanding brand and audience: create / understand customer persona, target audience and understand clients brand guidelines.

content strategy and planning: actively participate in planning sessions with the marketing team. maintain and update the work calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.

scriptwriting for video content: write scripts for loom and promotional videos that complement email campaigns, providing clear direction to designers and video editors.

review and editing: refine email texts for clarity, grammatical correctness, and alignment with brand standards. implement feedback to optimize content.

collaboration and coordination: engage with multiple departments including sales, design, and marketing to ensure cohesive campaign execution. assist in the creation of presentation materials.

content localization and adaptation: adapt content for diverse international markets, ensuring cultural and contextual relevance.
