Job DescriptionWe have immediate vacancy for both fresher and experienced for Customer Care Executive.Job Description: Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. Provide information about Products and Services, take/cancel orders, and record details ofcomplaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
