## Job Title: Business Development Executive## Key Responsibilities:1. *Business Development:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.2. *Client Relationship Management:* Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships.3. *Presentation and Pitching:* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations (PPTs) showcasing our services and expertise, tailoring them to client needs and preferences.4. *Event Coordination:* Collaborate with event managers to plan, execute, and deliver events that meet client expectations and company standards.5. *Brand Collaboration:* Coordinate with internal teams and external brands to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.6. *Reporting and Follow-up:* Follow up on leads, manage sales pipeline, and report on progress to management.## Requirements:1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.2. Strong business development and sales skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Event management and coordination experience (desirable).5. Proficiency in creating engaging presentations (PPTs) and reports.6. Strong organizational and time management skills.## Expertise Level:- Mid to senior-level experience in business development, sales, or a related field.- Proven track record of driving business growth and building strong client relationships.## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Business growth and revenue targets.- Client satisfaction and retention.- Successful event execution and client feedback.- Quality of presentations and pitches.
