The Role:As an Analyst you will be assigned to multiple projectsdepending on our need, your interests, and expertise. Theprojects can vary from assisting your team inimplementing, maintaining and testing our software fornew customers to managing customer accounts postlaunch.RESPONSIBILITIES:Product Implementation: Work with senior team members to carry out customerimplementations and program enhancements. Participate in the implementation design, setup, andreview processes Identify improvements to our feedback products andprocesses Utilize Client software knowledge for testingcustomized software solutionsClient Management: Build long-standing customer relationships byimproving customer feedback programs Provide support to client meetings by leveragingin-depth Client system capabilities Work with client teams in resolving technical/systemrelated inquiries Provide quality assurance support when providingfeatures to clients Provide client support when analyzing large sets ofdataQualification Required: Excellent analytical skills (including MicrosoftExcel) and attention to detail Strong written, oral communication andpresentation skills Bachelors / Masters degree in ComputerApplication (BSc IT, MSc IT, BCA, MCA, B.TechComputer Engineering, B.Tech Computer Scienceetc.) Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.GUI would be an added advantagePreferred Candidates: Experience in management consulting, ITconsulting, market research, and/or enterprisesoftware client management either in college orat work to facilitate team work in remote settingwill be preferred.
