- Greet and seat customers: As a waiter, you will be responsible for welcoming customers as they enter the restaurant and directing them to their tables.- Take food and drink orders: You will need to accurately record customers' food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.- Serve food and beverages: Deliver orders to customers' tables in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet expectations.- Check on customer satisfaction: Periodically check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and address any concerns or requests they may have.- Handle payments: Process customers' payments, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions accurately.- Assist with cleaning and setup: Help in setting up tables, organizing the dining area, and cleaning up after customers have finished their meals.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must be smart, presentable, and energetic to provide excellent customer service.- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.- Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and willing to provide support wherever needed.
