Calling to client for introducing our all-softwares behalf of Company. Initiating first level communication and discussion with customers and showcasing good knowledge of company and its products and services. Understanding customer requirements, as per their nature of business and recommending relevant solutions for the same. Prepare Quotation for clients. Managing India Mart Platform. Updating all required data and Client database in CRM. Maintain Client Relationship with existing clients. Taking follow up calls of potential Clients. Handling social media like (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps) and take care of inquiries. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports.Jr. Sales Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree: - Any Computer literacy. Setup and lead call with the client to understand the software requirement. Document minutes of the meeting and circulate the same with teams. Organize on-line demo for the products/prototype. Create requirement document, validate the same with the customer.
