job description:

jr. sales coordinator responsibilities:

• generate fresh clients for business (lead generation).

• calling to client for introducing our all-software’s behalf of company.

• initiating first level communication and discussion with customers and showcasing good knowledge of company and its products and services.

• understanding customer requirements, as per their nature of business and recommending relevant solutions for the same.

• prepare quotation for clients.

• managing india mart platform.

• updating all required data and client database in crm.

• maintain client relationship with existing clients.

• taking follow up calls of potential clients.

• handling social media like (linkedin, facebook, instagram, google maps) and take care of inquiries.

• handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.

• handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.

• inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.

• collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

• developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports.

jr. sales coordinator requirements:

• bachelor's degree: - any

• computer literacy.

• good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
