Job Description: A full-time customer service representative who will be tasked to answer calls, interact with customers, handle their queries on calls and emails of interested individuals and companies and perform other customer service duties.The candidate must bring a proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. He must demonstrate patience and understanding, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer complaints, and WOW the customers.Work Experience: At least 2 years.Office Time: Monday-Friday: 6:30 pm-3:30 am IST (9 am-6 pm EST). Saturday: 6:30pm-11:30 pm IST (9 am-2 pm EST).Required Skills: Strong hold on the English language (verbal & written). Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
