Job description :Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Co-ordinate with customers Call handling Direct the daily operations of the customer service team Call and Technician routing to solve customer issues. Tagging calls in CRM from complaint registration to resolution. plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department review customer complaints track customer complaint resolution handle customer service issues monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information analyze relevant data to determine customer service outputs co-ordinate and manage customer service projects and initiativesKey Competencies communication skills customer service focus supervisory skills problem analysis and problem-solving planning and organizing initiative flexibilityEducation and Experience Relevant bachelor's degree Service experience 2-3 years in relevant industry In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices proficiency in MS Office applications, CRM product knowledge

Essential Skills :-Knowledge of HTML, PHP, AJAX, Codeigniter framework, Java Script Should have programming knowledge on the above mentioned fields.-Good knowledge of databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL and MS Access-SQL - must be good at writing queries using joins and aggregates-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Good communication skills, both written and verbalResponsibilities and Dutiesa) Software Coding.b) Documenting the project implementation.c) Adhere to specified software development practice and project delivery schedule.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
