Generate adequate enquires for the product handled. *Maximize the enquiries in the region assigned and convert onto our fold.* Continuously be present in the market, meeting customers and capture their requirements for maximizing order gain.* Create maximum no. of positive referrals in the area assigned.* Meet the targets assigned for the said financial year* Proactively respond to customer needs, including calls, mails, etc.,* To ensure nil customer outstanding.* Maintain all the necessary customer & Market to product date at all times.* Should constantly update competition movements ,Strategies and plan counter moves so as to win the market plate.* Participate in all the review meetings / Forums and share all data appropriately.* Actively participate in providing customer / market inputs for development of our products. * Continuously update on technical / commercial areas of business so as to face customer queries confidently.* To take inputs from customer for improvement of our products, services and processes.* Ensure proper forecast / machines are planned ,payments paid up without resulting in stocks.. * Ensure all the presales activity is done as per procedure & norms so as to avoid any short comings / pitfalls during supply and execution.*To co-ordinate with service team in addressing the service requirements of customer (installation,complaints etc.) in time.* Focus on spares business as well.
