Responsible for performing multiple tasks in the assembly or sub-assembly of Hydraulic, Mechanical Brakes, Steering assembly of golf carts. Role and Responsibilities Assemble sub-systems up to vehicle level builds and maintaining strict adherence to sequence of operation, quality standards and work instruction(s) Collaborate and communicate with team to ensure On Time deliveries of product Must keep company provided tools and equipment secured and in good working condition Fill out associated daily documentation related to Subassembly and Vehicle builds, including progress reports Ensuring that the shop is in excellent condition regarding cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition to minimize production down time.Able to complete other related duties as assigned by management

Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.Constructing base templates if necessary.Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.Setting up metalwork machinery including angle cutters, drill presses, flame cutters, welding.Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.Fabricating and constructing metal components.Grinding and finishing completed products.Performing quality checks on completed products.Conforming with state and company safety regulations.

Assemble, test, and troubleshoot BLDC (Brushless DC) converters and related power electronics systems.- Follow schematics, assembly diagrams, and technical documentation to assemble electronic components onto PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).- Conduct functional testing of completed systems to verify their performance and adherence to specifications.- Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement testing procedures and protocols for BLDC converters.- Troubleshoot and debug electrical and electronic issues in BLDC converters, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.- Carry out repairs and component replacements as needed to resolve issues and ensure product functionality.- Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing activities, including any modifications or adjustments made during the process.- Stay updated with advancements in power electronics technology and industry trends to continuously enhance knowledge and skills.- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
