1. **Quality Assurance:**

- Conduct inspections and quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

- Perform in-process inspections at various stages of manufacturing to identify and address quality issues promptly.

2. **Quality Control:**

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain consistency in product quality.

- Monitor and maintain measurement equipment, including calibration, to ensure accuracy.

3. **Root Cause Analysis:**

- Investigate and identify the root causes of non-conformance or defects and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

4. **Documentation:**

- Maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, test results, and quality-related documentation.

- Prepare quality reports and provide data-driven insights to improve manufacturing processes.

5. **Supplier Quality:**

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet quality standards.

- Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
