Job Description

1. **quality assurance:**

- conduct inspections and quality checks on machined parts to ensure they meet engineering specifications and quality standards.

- perform in-process inspections at various stages of manufacturing to identify and address quality issues promptly.

2. **quality control:**

- develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain consistency in product quality.

- monitor and maintain measurement equipment, including calibration, to ensure accuracy.

3. **root cause analysis:**

- investigate and identify the root causes of non-conformance or defects and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (capa).

4. **documentation:**

- maintain comprehensive records of quality inspections, test results, and quality-related documentation.

- prepare quality reports and provide data-driven insights to improve manufacturing processes.

5. **supplier quality:**

- collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials and components meet quality standards.

- conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
