We are looking for a dedicated Banking Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth banking operations and provide excellent service to customers.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Support:** Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and resolve issues to enhance their banking experience.- **Account Management:** Help open new accounts and manage existing accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.- **Transaction Processing:** Handle various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring compliance with bank policies.- **Sales Support:** Promote bank products and services to customers, helping them find suitable financial solutions based on their needs.- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.- **Compliance:** Ensure all banking activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal policies to maintain operational integrity.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th pass, with a desire to learn and grow in the banking sector. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with customers. Candidates should demonstrate customer service orientation, showing patience and understanding. Basic numerical skills and attention to detail are necessary for handling transactions accurately. A proactive attitude and teamwork are expected, as this role requires collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chatIdentify customer needs and help customers use specific featuresAnalyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customersMonitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistanceShare feature requests and effective workarounds with team membersInform customers about new features and functionalitiesFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedGather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teamsAssist in training junior Customer Support Representatives

Key responsibilities: Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs Handle all service requests and cross-sell different banking products Develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating Fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards and Liability products Upselling, cross selling, providing regular market information and updates to customers, Act as the single point of contact for customers Banking requirementsAge: 21-35 yearsEducation: Graduation or Post graduate from a recognized institutionExperience: 1-2 years of experience into BPO / telecom with BFSI experience Outbound Fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompetencies and Specific Skills: Excellent communication skills Prior experience in Sales preferred Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of Banking products
