key responsibilities:
• manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
• handle all service requests and cross-sell different banking products
• develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
• achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross sales generating fee income across investment, assets, cards and liability products
• upselling, cross selling, providing regular market information and updates to customers, act as the single point of contact for customer’s banking requirements
age: • 21-35 years
education:• graduation or post graduate from a recognized institution
experience:• 1-2 years of experience into bpo / telecom with bfsi experience outbound
• fresher with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
competencies and specific skills:
• excellent communication skills
• prior experience in sales preferred
• ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• knowledge of banking products
