We are hiring Visiting Officer for conducting property site visits for real estate valuation purposes. The engineer will be responsible for inspecting properties, taking measurements, capturing photographs, and coordinating with our central valuation team.Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned properties for site inspectionTake measurements and geo-tag photos as per valuation standardsFill in technical site visit sheets and send accurate dataCoordinate with valuation team for clarification or follow-upsEnsure timely submission of site visit reportsBasic Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering1+ year experience in site visits or real estate (preferred)Must have own smartphone and 2-wheeler with valid driving licenseBasic knowledge of Google Maps and photo documentationGood communication and observation skillsMust be punctual and committed to deadlines
