Hiring Freshers || Visiting Officer

we are hiring visiting officer for conducting property site visits for real estate valuation purposes. the engineer will be responsible for inspecting properties, taking measurements, capturing photographs, and coordinating with our central valuation team.

key responsibilities:

visit assigned properties for site inspection

take measurements and geo-tag photos as per valuation standards

fill in technical site visit sheets and send accurate data

coordinate with valuation team for clarification or follow-ups

ensure timely submission of site visit reports

basic requirements:

diploma/degree in civil engineering

1+ year experience in site visits or real estate (preferred)

must have own smartphone and 2-wheeler with valid driving license

basic knowledge of google maps and photo documentation

good communication and observation skills

must be punctual and committed to deadlines
