Create a comprehensive client-centered plan of care using standardized and non-standardizedevaluation methods Use evidence from research and relevant resources to make informed intervention decisions Work with clients 1:1 using client-centered, occupation-based treatment approaches thatmotivate and challenge the client to achieve established goals that support targeted outcomes Collects data on a regular basis and makes decisions based on empirical data. Works with the team in a cohesive manner prioritizing students development above everythingelse. Modify activities or treatment methods as needed based on client needs to maximize successand engagement Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, caregivers, families, colleagues, otherproviders (ABA, ST, etc.) to ensure a cohesive, and holistic approach to therapy Collaborate with parents to maximize carryover by developing and helping them to maintain aneffective, achievable home program Complete evaluations and daily notes on time after each session Conduct a minimum of six, 45 minute sessions in a given day.Cover for missed sessions on weekends if required. Conduct/ be part of parent meetings to update about OT goals. Lead and conduct OT trainings for the staff in the center.
