Ensure timely response to customer needs concerning product recommendations, application and performance. Analyze performance reports and develop strategic sales accordingly. Full time BSc/MSc/B tech in Chemistry/Micro Biology, Diploma in Lab Technology 6-12 years experience working as QC and/or QA Hands on experience using advanced quality testing machines like GC, HPLC etcRoles & Responsibilities Support and develop systems and procedures to plan, coordinate & organize day to day Quality Control activities & ensure timely RM/PM & Finished product release. Support and develop systems and procedures Trouble shooting of the instrument issue such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrometer etc Candidate should be good in quality check, handling all the equipments related to testing of the food samples and FSMS management. Experience in handling advance Laboratory equipments, Lab chemicals, Address customer complains & feedbacks. To develop from start to finish nutrition-based product from testing ingredients to proportions to maintaining quality control.
