• science graduate / mba in marketing with 15++ years’ experience in poultry feed supplements selling.
• desirable qualifications / other skills - in-depth understanding of poultry customers and their position in the industry

roles & responsibilities
• develop, review, refine and execute the poultry feed supplements business plan in order to obtain a leading position in the marketplace.
• ensure achievement of revenue growth in organized and profitable manner.
• lead business development activities.
• accountable to drive the business strategy by putting sales teams in place and leading them in order to meet the set targets.
• ensure timely response to customer needs concerning product recommendations, application and performance.
• analyze performance reports and develop strategic sales accordingly.
• travel and meet key clients, consultants, feed manufacturer, integrators, and distributors and pitch our poultry feed supplement products to generate business opportunities.
