.Assist with overseeing Laboratory Staff and all technical operations of thelaboratory to ensure efficient, effective and uninterrupted laboratory operations..Ensure laboratory results maintain a high level of integrity and validity to providesafe and quality results to clinicians and patients..Assists programs to plan, design and implement the installation of new orimproved laboratory techniques..Directs preparations of various qualitative and quantitative reports and records asper regulatory SOP.

Assist with overseeing Laboratory Staff and all technical operations of the laboratory to ensure efficient, effective and uninterrupted laboratory operations. Ensure laboratory results maintain a high level of integrity and validity to provide safe and quality results to clinicians and patients. Assists programs to plan, design and implement the installation of new or improved laboratory techniques. Directs preparations of various qualitative and quantitative reports and records as per regulatory SOP. Responsible for laboratorys training programs to include competency assessment program, safety program, hazardous waste management, chemical hygiene plan and injury prevention program.
