Job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated SEO Intern to assist in implementing SEO strategies and analyzing website performance. Outbound Call: Make Outbound calls to potential leads and existing customer to promote products/ services.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and cold callingFollow-up: Schedule and follow-up on customer appointments, ensuring timely responses.Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales target and KPIs.Customer Support: Assist with basic customer service issues and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.Sales Conversion: Provide course details, customer concerns, convert inquires into sales.Qualifications:MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS1-2 years of experience in Tellecalling or customer service.Fluent in both Hindi and English with strong communication skills.Good negotiation and persuasive skills.Ability to handle customer rejections positivelyBasic computer proficiency and Knowledge of MS.
